Tell us what happened
Include your phone model, iPhone or Android, the app version if installed, and the step where you got stuck. For beta access, tell us the email connected to your store account. Remove private details from screenshots, and never send a password or sign-in code.
Your iPhone invitation is pending
We save your registration and retry pending TestFlight invitations automatically. Apple must approve a test build before it can be installed. Once available, the invitation comes from TestFlight by Apple to the Apple account you connected. Check your junk folder, and return to the beta section to check your status.
Getting access on Android
- Use the same Google account you connected on this website.
- Join the KoMap testers Google Group.
- Open KoMap on Google Play and select Become a tester.
Google requires you to confirm joining the group and accepting the test with your own account. A link tap alone does not confirm either step. If access has not appeared, check the selected Google account and allow time for Google Play to recognise group membership. A test release also needs to be available.
Delete your account or beta record
In KoMap, open Profile and choose Delete account and data. If you cannot use the app, email hello@soara.ai with the subject “Delete my KoMap account” from your registered address where possible. Include your @handle and sign-in method. We verify ownership before acting and normally aim to resolve verified email requests within 30 days.
To remove only your website beta sign-up, say “Delete my beta sign-up” and include the store email you connected. Removing a beta sign-up does not by itself delete your app account. Read about information and retention.
Community and privacy concerns
Use the app’s report-content and block controls, or email support with a content reference and a short explanation. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact the same address. Read the privacy policy and terms of use.
KoMap reports and email are not emergency-response channels. For an urgent incident, contact the relevant emergency service or road operator directly.
